From Florence Alabama, Christian graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Economics and Commerce. After school he started a management training program with a large GC in the DC area in the field as an assistant superintendent. Over the past decade Christian has been involved at all levels in all type of construction projects from parking garages to corporate headquarter relocations. Christian has also been on the other side of the table as an owner's representative / Project Manager with a large Commercial Brokerage Firm.
Christian is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Document Technician through CSI, Certifed Airman with a license to pilot unmanned aircraft through the FAA, and holds a Class A contracting license.
Donna serves as Vice President of Operations at Fortitude, where she is deeply involved in supporting clients, guiding operations, and helping teams deliver projects with clarity and care. She works closely with Fortitude’s ownership and project teams to ensure communication stays open, processes stay organized, and client expectations remain a top priority.
Before joining Fortitude, Donna spent her career on the client side, leading operations for several large, high-profile law firms. Coming from the corporate legal world, she brings a strong background in corporate management, executive support, and contract oversight. Having been a client herself, she understands how important transparency, responsiveness, and trust are when navigating complex projects—and she carries that perspective into every part of her role.
Her work at Fortitude extends beyond individual projects to supporting the company as a whole. She is involved in operational oversight, internal systems, and executive decision-making that directly impact how Fortitude serves its clients. Her focus is on helping things run smoothly behind the scenes so clients and staff feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the construction process.
Originally from Kentucky, Donna has lived in Richmond for more than ten years and proudly considers it home. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and and exploring the many lakes and rivers in Richmond and the surrounding areas . She also has hands-on experience with home renovations and house-flipping projects, giving her a practical, owner’s-eye understanding of construction that resonates with clients.
